Fifteen years turning fuzzy business problems into things people actually enjoy using — UX/UI, customer experience, and a lot of building with empathy. I've done it as a consultant, a staff designer, and in design leadership roles, across more industries than I can neatly list.

These days I'm a forward-deployed engineer who builds with AI: I embed with clients, work out what they actually need, then build it — fast. Below are a few things I've made, mostly for the joy of it.
